You can cancel paid memberships and paid options as follows.
[For Apple ID payment]
1. Launch the “Settings” app on your iPhone
2.Tap account information at the top of the screen
3. Tap "Subscription"
4. Tap the Ravit app in the active services
5. Tap "Cancel subscription"
*If Ravit does not appear under "Subscriptions", your payment may have been made by credit card. Please refer to the instructions under [For credit card payments] below.
[For Google Play payment]
1. Launch the Google Play Store app
2.Tap the menu icon, then tap "Account Information"
3.Tap other payment settings on the payment method screen
4. If prompted to log in, log in to pay.google.com
5. In your browser, tap the menu icon, then tap Payment methods.
6. Tap [Delete] for the payment method you want to delete.
[For credit card payment]
1. Access the app or web and tap the human icon at the bottom right
2. Tap "Settings"
3. Tap "Contact Us"
4. Tap "About request for cancellation of paid membership" in the inquiry details
(If you want to cancel an option, tap About cancellation request for the option)
5. From this point, please follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process
*If you are paying by credit card, access to paid services will end immediately upon cancellation.
We recommend reviewing the information provided at the time of cancellation before proceeding.
